How to Sneak in Exercise While Doing Mom Duties

Who else has done squats while cooking? Or calf raises while brushing your teeth? 🙋‍♀️

The mom life workout is real—but I have a few sneaky ways to burn calories without even trying!

🔥 Toothbrush Toning – Hold a wall sit or do heel raises while brushing your teeth (that’s 2 minutes of sneaky strength work!).

🔥 Dance Party Dishwashing – Turn on your favorite song and dance while doing dishes. More fun = more calories burned!

🔥 Waiting Workouts – Standing in line? Do calf raises. Waiting for the microwave? Try some countertop push-ups.

🔥 Playground Workout – Instead of just watching your kids, do step-ups on a bench, hang from the monkey bars, or chase them for a built-in cardio session!
