A space just opened up in tonight’s Candlelit Yin restorative class! This super special class involves pillows, blankets, a softly dimmed room, and lots of magic.

I am so thrilled to be teaching A Restorative Yin class tomorrow night at Green River Yoga Company. I haven't taught this type of class since before Covid.

These classes mean so much to me, and really make me feel powerful as a teacher. They're so healing for everyone and I just can't wait to share this class again.

This week is full, but stay tuned as we may be offering it again next week ;)
