Hi, I’m Cindy — intuitive energy healer, Reiki Master, and founder of Transcendent Energy Healing.

Healing runs in my family, and I’ve been guided by intuition for as long as I can remember. Inspired by my grandfather’s gift, I help people release energy blocks that may be connected to physical discomfort, emotional pain, or overwhelming stress.

I became a certified Energy Healer and Reiki Master in 2020, but my path to this work came through my own healing journey. My experiences led me to study Addictions and Mental Health, Developmental Services, and Community Health Services Navigation, giving me a deeper understanding of trauma, resilience, and whole-person care.

My sessions are different from traditional Reiki because I don’t follow a set routine. I tune into your energy intuitively and use a pendulum to pinpoint the exact areas that need attention. Every session is tailored to what your body and energy need in that moment.

People often leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

I created Transcendent Energy Healing to offer a space where you can simply breathe, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself — without judgment, pressure, or needing to explain everything.

This is one of the questions I’m asked most — and the honest answer is: it depends on what your body and nervous system need right now.

Everyone comes for different reasons 💜

🌿 For relaxation, grounding, and energetic “maintenance”
A session once a month can help you stay balanced, clear, and regulated.

🌿 For stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or poor sleep
A short series of sessions (about 3–4 over 6–8 weeks) often helps calm the nervous system and release built-up tension safely.

🌿 For chronic aches, pains, burnout, or long-held emotional energy
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions can be especially supportive. When something has built up over time, the body usually needs consistency to unwind it.

🌿 For deeper healing or major life challenges
Ongoing support every 2–4 weeks can help you stay grounded, resilient, and more at ease.

✨ Energy work builds over time.
One session can bring relief… but a series of sessions often creates deeper, longer-lasting change.

Most clients start with 3–5 sessions spaced 1–3 weeks apart, then move into maintenance sessions as they feel stronger and more balanced.

I’m Cindy Boyd, an intuitive energy healer and founder of Transcendent Energy Healing. My work is rooted in personal transformation — I know firsthand what it means to struggle, rebuild, and grow. My journey through adversity led me to pursue education in Addictions and Mental Health, where I developed a deeper understanding of trauma, resilience, and how stress and emotional pain can live in the body.

I currently study in the Community Health Services Navigation program, expanding my knowledge of systems, supports, and whole-person care. I also hold a Developmental Services Worker diploma. This blend of lived experience and formal education allows me to support people with compassion, respect, and a grounded understanding of the complex challenges many face.

My sessions focus on helping clients release built-up tension, emotional heaviness, and energetic overwhelm while restoring calm, balance, and clarity. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to explain everything to be understood.

Transcendent Energy Healing was created to offer the kind of support I once needed — a space for real relief, reconnection, and renewal.
