I have been a practicing nurse for over 28 years and have worked in a variety of health care settings. Almost 7 years ago I decided to go an entirely different route by opening Two Souls Yoga Inc. I left the hospital and pursued my passion for yoga and everything it has done for me. I suffer from complex PTSD and yoga has saved my life on several different occasions. I was always in search of a better life not understanding that this peace had to come from within. Yoga has revealed this to me and my journey through this phase of life has lead me in a direction towards taking better care of myself. You see we need to love and accept ourselves before we can do this for anyone else.
