Silver Lake Awakening After a traumatic life event, I delved deep into my spirituality to accept and trust the Universe.

Following many years of trying to perform and perfect in an attempt to meet the expectations of others, I chose to take the leap and fulfill my life's purpose. Through years of self-teaching, re-evaluation of values and understanding the map of consciousness, I am seeking to help others down the path of self-discovery. I became a vibrational reiki practitioner and was afforded the gift of time to cultivate my passion. At Silver Lake Awakening, we offer full moon circle gatherings and retreats, so that we can meet you on your current journey of spiritual awakening. Our approach of shared authentic experiences, self-reflections, workshops and activities will help heal your body, heart, mind and spirit. We value your unique journey and will lead you with empathy, compassion and love.

'When we forgive we set ourselves and the one forgiven free from resentment and bitterness, like a bird released from a cage”.

We all need to learn how to forgive, not just for the sake of the other person, but also for ourselves.
When we hold on to past hurts we are stuck in a stagnant place, we are suffering more than the person we refuse to forgive; they may even be oblivious to our pain, having already moved on.
When we forgive we release old feelings, making room for fresh, more positive, healthy emotions to develop.
It's like cleaning out the old to make space for the new.
Don't waste your time mulling over past resentments that are only eating you up inside.
When you learn to forgive others, you are also permitting forgiveness of yourself.
Set the pain and the person who hurt you free, and in turn you will be opening the cage to spread your own wings to freedom..
