This combo is a perfect powerhouse I like to use to calm down the mind-chatter and chill the eff out. 😂

An hour or more before bed, I start diffusing my lavender and cedarwood in the diffuser. I find it very soothing and grounding.. smells delish!!
(2-3 drops each, and if you’re feeling fancy add 1 drop Frankincense.. divine!)

30 minutes before bed I take 1 or 2 capsules of the Serenity Restful Complex.
I L💜VE using this instead of melatonin because it’s not going to mess with my hormones, and it’s not going to make me groggy in the morning at all! Instead it contains Lavender, Passion Flower, L-theanine (a natural water soluble amino acid found in green tea and mushrooms - that promotes RELAXATION, and it’s an antioxidant), Melissa (Lemon Balm) and Chamomile… all known for their relaxing, soothing properties.

I also take the Vetiver roller bottle and roll it on the bottom of my big toes (reflexology point for the brain), because this is the earthy essential oil that CALMS the “monkey mind” the f*ck down… any hyperactive type of mind chatter.. this stuff is the bomb!! Comes from a grass in Haati.. and it’s one of my FAVE oils! I’ve never been without it for the last 8 YEARS!
I also like to roll it on the inside of my wrists with a drop of lavender so I smell it even more… oh my gosh.. I love the earthy smells!! Mmmmm

With the planets lining up lately, the strong energetic shifts including moon energies.. tons of you have been inboxing me asking for help with sleep. These oils are also great for meditation!!
I also like to roll the vetiver on my wrinkles or fine lines because it’s really nice for skin as well.

I’ve been an aromatherapist for 7 years so far and love my DT oils. Feel free to check these or anything else out at my website if you like. Hard to believe!!
1️⃣9️⃣🎉🧁

Some non-alcoholic champagne for our toast this afternoon, and a happy birthday song.
Our wee kiddo discovered he doesn’t like alcohol or need it ahead of time.

Breaking generational ‘curses’ over here. There’s actually quite a few things over the years our “picky eater” has made it clear since he was a kid, he wasn’t having it. Things we discovered later in life, that they just aren’t good for our health anyway.

We have always said Elijah has been quietly guiding us to be more mindful, kind and healthy since he was little.

He’s a gentle soul who had a love of animals, music, laughter, the outdoors and spending time with those he cares about. He very creative, great with technologies and loving his mechanics program so far.

We love this kid so much!
Watching him learn and grow has been such a gift to us all.

This is his first birthday he’d rather not spend with Mom & Dad 😂
Off he goes! 🚘🎂✨
