Gardening season is one of our favourite times of year—but all that bending, twisting, lifting, digging, weeding, and hauling can be tough on the body.
A few tips to help you garden smarter this season:

🌱 Keep heavier items close to your body.
🌱 Switch positions often instead of staying bent over for long periods.
🌱 Take movement breaks and stay hydrated. 🌱 Listen to your body before small aches become bigger problems.
