I am much happier being behind the lens, truth be told; but thanks to a little encouraging nudge from my friend, I shoved my "do I really have to have my picture taken" insecurity aside and had a branding session photo shoot. And am I ever glad I did! I had such a great time during my mini branding session with , .co !!!! Thanks for all the lovely photos I can now use for my professional platform.

I will be on holidays from Dec 25-Jan 2. Can't wait to start the new year in our NEW CLINIC!!! NCMC is moving at the end of the month and we are all so excited to greet our patients in our new, and beautiful space. Parking is free and located at the back of the building; off of Cardigan St. Happy holidays everyone! See you in 2024!!

We are starting to pack things into boxes!! December 28th/29th we will be making the big move to 185 Woolwich Street!

We will be setting everything up and making it beautiful for the first day of business - January 2nd!

All appointments booked from January 2nd will be at our new clinic! Please check your booking reminder emails for important details!

Did you know that touch is the only sense that involves the whole of the body? Our fingertips alone have about 700 touch receptors each!! These receptors allow us to collect extensive amounts of information.....distinguishing variances in pressure, temperature, texture etc. The value of touch, given in a caring, holistic manner through massage therapy, produces feelings of well being and nurturing and promotes recovery.

Every RMT develops their own intuitive language of touch and style as they build on their training in massage therapy. How cool is that?!? It means that there is this whole, unique, collective of practitioners that you can choose from to find the one that is a good fit for you and your needs.

Whether you need some time to unwind and relax, or you require therapy to address an injury, I invite you to come in for a visit. Providing a safe space that encourages nurturing of your health and well-being is my focus. There are a few spots left in June!!
