I’m Trish Hatherley a Paediatric Sleep Consultant certified through Baby’s Best Sleep. As Mama of two little girls. I’ve been there, in the lack of sleep trenches. After having our first daughter, we felt like a zombie most days. This was something I thought we “had to accept” as new parents. By the time we had our second daughter, we knew we couldn’t endure sleepless nights while also having a toddler. We were able to make simple changes so that we, as a family, could Rise Rested. I’d love to help your little one’s sleep journey by giving you the tools and support you need.
