We get together to share the Ashtanga yoga practice.

Yoga is back for the winter term! Just in time for those new year's resolutions 😉

Tomorrow is another moon day, so there won't be any yoga practice. Stay home and sleep (study?) instead!
I hope you all have an amazing break and I look forward to seeing you again in the new year :)
