It is offical, Massage Therapy is back !!
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my amazing clients for reaching out to me during this hard time, for your kind thoughts and reassurance that we would get through this together. Each message warmed my heart more than you will ever know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
As of June 8th I will be reopening my practice. Since the announcement that massage therapy could reopen, I have spent the last few days completing the mandatory certification courses on Infection Prevention and Control Fundamentals, colaborated with the rest of the team at Wilson Health Services on procedures and protocol for sanitization of the clinic and the saftey of all who enters the clinic.
The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority in the reopening of our businesses.
Moving forward there are will be some changes to how we operate as a clinic, as we have protocol that we must put into place to continue to make sure each and every one of us stays safe and healthy.
There will be a screening process prior to appts. I will get in contact with clients prior to their appointment with a series of screening questions. When arriving at the clinic please have a mask on before entering the building. Clients will be screened by reception when entering the building as well. If dropping off a family member please do so at the front door but do not enter the clinic as we need to limit the traffic going in and out of the facility. If it is not necessary to go in with them please wait outside or check when the appointment will finish and come back at the end of treatment.
For online booking, please try and be patient, and remember that we all need to work together to ensure everyones safety. The appt time you request may be altered depending on cleaning times before and after each appt.
Please look ahead for booking. It is already booking up fast and to ensure your time slot if a certain time is needed you must prebook your appointments.
This is a difficult transition for all of us and will take a bit to get back to normal operating hours. Wait times to get in may be a little longer than anticipated, I will have a wait list if you would like to be put on it.
I will do my best, as I always do to make sure all my clients are taken care of ensuring the safety of my clients, myself, the clinic staff and their patients. I ask that you do the same, if we all work together on this so that we all get through this safely together.
I am excited to see all of you once again, and get everyone back on track !!
