Let’s Flow into Fall & add a little yoga to your running routine 🍂

📚 Story time….I started running when I was just a little kiddo! I’d join my mom on the weekends either on foot or bike, inspired by her commitment & excited to spend time together. I also loved a track & field practice with friends after school…not so much competing lol. Many years have passed & I am still putting one foot in front of the other (so is so is my mum)! Now I may be biased but I think yoga is the perfect complement to running & so many other activities….not just for physical mobility & recovery but also for awareness, mental stamina, focus and breath.
I’d love for you to join me for a free class geared towards runners (but everyone is welcome!)…hello glutes, hips, hammies & more! After class we’ll have time to connect with each other & freshen up our fall wardrobe with a private shop. You don’t need yoga or run experience to join this class, just show up as you are 🌈
