This series of four 75-minute classes will allow you to engage with yoga in an accessible and fun way building confidence and community as we go. Starting with foundational poses and moving through gentle flows and modifications, this series will set you up for success no matter where yoga takes you. FUN NEW IDEA💡

I’ve been trying to find dates for some fun workshops but I’m not having any luck with my schedule.

SO, I have a new idea💡

PRE-CLASS PLAYTIME every Monday 7:00-7:30 before our regular Nomad Flow practice 🕺🏽

This will be a workshop style environment where we can chat and try some cool postures in our bodies.
The postures we play with will be featured in the class that follows.

Sign-up for this is free! My weekly gift to you all- for our shared love of play in movement.

Update ♥️
I’ll be spending more time on the west coast this year because a wonderful opportunity for our family has come up out here.
The other great news is that the yoga schedule in Guelph won’t be affected by this much at all.
Nomads is changing in a spectacular way.
When I’m not here to teach, others that you know and love will be.
