I’ve worked for two decades in the body-mind-spirit industry and have always been left feeling like there was a hole in the healing. My Masters in Nutrition gave me all the science to design meal plans and supplement protocols, yet I saw myself and my clients still struggling with holding onto extra fat, bone deep fatigue and a lack of joy in life. My degree in psychology helped me gain the tricks for “hacking” mindset, but my soul called bullsh*t with every affirmation I recited. My minor in spirituality equipped me with the techniques to connect to source, but my tired body was too overwhelmed to maintain the connection. While the “love and light” trend of the spiritual movement bypassed the reality of a world that was showing it’s history of darkness and dis-ease. It was in this ball of confusion that I heard “you should remember what you loved to do as a child and then find a way to do that as an adult”. Recently I began to remember that as a child I was always with the rocks, I had shoeboxes full of rocks that I collected and I would love to wash them in the lake and line them up in specific patterns and talk to them. My childhood self reminded me of my love of stones….and it was then that the crystals began to teach me of the purity of their ancient healing methods. They delivered a teacher to me who is trained in a long lineage of Taoist Priests and Healers. The crystals and rocks of our planet are here to help us, they have specific messages for us and our healing, messages encoded in the frequencies that they hold. The “high vibes” movement has candy-coated the truth about healing and health - we are energetic beings and for true, deep, lasting healing to occur we need to reach deep into the core of our being, to the foundation of our frequency and begin to support healing from this place. The stones and crystals on Mother Earth are encoded to do just that, they help reach deep into the core or essence of who we are and help the healing process begin. They help us begin our journey of remembrance back to our divinity.
