This happened to me years ago, when I felt like no one could understand, and the ones I had hoped could be there just couldn’t. Instead you find yourself in judgement by others, or avoidance because some people just can’t hold space for you. That’s when I found God at a level I never had before. Since then God has given me more love than I can ever describe, has given me strength and support without question.. now God guides me in my work, and with my clients and I find so much comfort and joy in that.

When all else fails.. God really is the answer.
We can go to church in our hearts with god everyday.
It’s not something you just have to do in sundays.
It’s a constant communication with the creator that’s speaks through our every choice.

I hope whoever is struggling right now can also find thier way to God. I promise you it will be worth it. 🙏🏻

What an amazing past few weeks! Bali was the trip of a lifetime. My first destination retreats went better than I could have imagined. I’m on the home stretch from Vancouver to Saskatoon.
