Various research has supported the notion that animals offer mental health benefits and help alleviate psychological disorders. Extensive research on animals has revealed that they are capable of positively affecting the mental health of those around them and provide them with emotional support when needed.

Working with the children and youth of Haldimand, Norfolk, Six Nations and New Credit the past few months has been nothing short of amazing. I am truly blessed to be doing the work I am doing! 🤗

I just wanted to give a quick update:
⭐️ 1:1 counselling after school and weekend availability is now WAITLISTED! 🚨
⭐️ 1:1 counselling day appointments are available on Thursdays and Fridays!
⭐️ Next round of child group therapy registration is now OPEN!
⭐️ Parenting anxiety and executive functioning difficulties group therapy registration now OPEN!
