Sometimes it takes protecting 3 buckets of grain from 6 horses to teach you how to recognize your self worth, protect your peace, and self-reflect on patterns and behaviours.
Our 1:1 lesson this weekend offered the participant so much insight to their life and how they’re living. We debriefed and discussed healthy ways to continue forward towards their goal of eliminating their anxiety.
And don’t worry, the horses got to enjoy the snack after the activity 😉.
