Join us this Saturday for a rejuvenating day of sauna sessions + ocean plunges, with an optional beach cleanup and chill time at the park. Cleanup gear provided! Feel free to bring any beach toys or games to keep the vibes flowing.

For me, this means connecting with community, sharing vulnerability, joy, and everything in between.

It means priotizing rest and rejuvenation so I can fill my cup up.

It means embracing the hard things in life. When I can convince myself to take a cold plunge or breathe through the heat of a sauna, I know I am building tolerance to the discomfort that may arise in other aspects of my life.
