Medical research shows improved outcomes for multiple physical and mental conditions through increased physical activity. Would you like to improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and quality of life? Benefits of physical activity – Just to name a few: reduction of arthritis pain, falls prevention, reduced heart disease and heart disease risk factors (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.), preserve/increase muscle mass, improved memory, better mood, improved sleep, higher quality of life and independence. Gyms can be daunting and expensive when first starting out. Let our healthcare experts teach you proper exercise form, repetitions, intensity, and rest times to become more physically active safely. We focus on exercises that can be done with minimal equipment and space so that it can be completed within the comfort of your own home, park, or location of your choice. Our clinical environment is both welcoming and educational. Our program is covered by any healthcare insurance you may have, so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. This 10-week physical activity development program is designed by a collaborative team including physiotherapists and a physician and relies on evidence-based medicine.

Check this out! - A study looking at middle aged men showed the benefits of push-ups. "The researchers calculated that men able to do more than 40 push-ups had a 96% reduced risk of Cardiovascular disease events (heart attack, stroke, etc.) compared with those who were able to do less than 10 push-ups. "
