Gyms can be daunting and expensive when first starting out. Let our healthcare experts teach you proper exercise form, repetitions, intensity, and rest times to become more physically active safely. We focus on exercises that can be done with minimal equipment and space so that it can be completed within the comfort of your own home, park, or location of your choice. Our clinical environment is both welcoming and educational. Our program is covered by any healthcare insurance you may have, so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. This 10-week physical activity development program is designed by a collaborative team including physiotherapists and a physician and relies on evidence-based medicine.
