These foundational practices help build our capacity to be with emotions that may arise from doing somatic work. Working with somatic memory is delicate and must be approached slowly and carefully. It is not meant to be too much, too soon. Without the foundation, the “release” can be too overwhelming to the nervous system. As a result, we contract and close up even more.

As a somatic coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner(SEP) my focus has always been on helping others nurture their mental wellbeing. Every step of my own learning journey has been about discovering new tools to guide you toward greater resilience, clarity, and inner strength.

I’m excited to share that I’ve just completed the Harvard Medical School Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. This program has provided me with valuable insights into how we can nurture our mental wellness, set meaningful goals, and implement sustainable change.
Through somatic practices, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma informed yoga therapy, my goal is to help you build real, lasting transformation.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but when we reconnect with our bodies, slow down, and focus on building internal support, we can move through it with greater ease.
I’m here to help you take intentional, practical steps forward. Together, we’ll tap into your inner strength, align with your goals, and build a solid foundation for longterm mental wellness and stress resiliency!

Discover the transformative power of somatic therapy, a body first approach designed to unlock healing, release stored tension, and foster resilience from within. This is more than just a step forward; it's an invitation to reconnect with yourself, process deep-seated emotions, and
experience a renewed sense of calm and clarity.
🌱In my practice, I combine nervous system self regulation, somatic movement reeducation as well as Somatic Experiencing (SE). ☘️In other words we start with nervous system self regulation (managing moments), apply somatic movement reeducation (Unraveling the tension and held patterns on the level of the nervous system) and finally SE where the nervous system learns to regain its own natural flexibility so that you no longer remain stuck!
All sessions are based on the initial intake and assessment which allows me to guide you in just the way that you need. It is not a one size fits all approach 😎

For many, connecting to the messages of the body is the missing piece to their healing journey. It was for me!
Stress and trauma don’t just live in your mind, they are stored in your body.
Managing stress is one thing, but true release happens through the body.
Healing isn’t just about thinking differently, it’s about feeling differently. The body remembers what the mind tries to forget.
Somatic therapies help us reconnect with our body’s natural rhythms, discharge stored tension, and restore a sense of safety.
Slow down, tune in and let your body complete what it never got to finish.
