As a somatic coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner(SEP) my focus has always been on helping others nurture their mental wellbeing. Every step of my own learning journey has been about discovering new tools to guide you toward greater resilience, clarity, and inner strength.
I’m excited to share that I’ve just completed the Harvard Medical School Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. This program has provided me with valuable insights into how we can nurture our mental wellness, set meaningful goals, and implement sustainable change.
Through somatic practices, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma informed yoga therapy, my goal is to help you build real, lasting transformation.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but when we reconnect with our bodies, slow down, and focus on building internal support, we can move through it with greater ease.
