There is a quiet expectation in today’s world, that professionals should always be visible online….posting, sharing, and staying in constant view.
☀️The work I do is different.
☺️It’s quiet, deep, and confidential. People trust me with parts of their lives that are private and vulnerable, and that trust is central to everything I do. My presence, focus, and care in these moments come from staying grounded, resourced, and fully present.
🧘🏻‍♀️The time I spend off social media isn’t absence, it’s preparation. I am tending to my own awareness and capacity so I can show up with clarity and integrity for the people I work with.
🔥Less visibility doesn’t mean less capability, in fact it can often reflect a deeper commitment to the work itself.

These foundational practices help build our capacity to be with emotions that may arise from doing somatic work. Working with somatic memory is delicate and must be approached slowly and carefully. It is not meant to be too much, too soon. Without the foundation, the “release” can be too overwhelming to the nervous system. As a result, we contract and close up even more.

As a somatic coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner(SEP) my focus has always been on helping others nurture their mental wellbeing. Every step of my own learning journey has been about discovering new tools to guide you toward greater resilience, clarity, and inner strength.

I’m excited to share that I’ve just completed the Harvard Medical School Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. This program has provided me with valuable insights into how we can nurture our mental wellness, set meaningful goals, and implement sustainable change.
Through somatic practices, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma informed yoga therapy, my goal is to help you build real, lasting transformation.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but when we reconnect with our bodies, slow down, and focus on building internal support, we can move through it with greater ease.
I’m here to help you take intentional, practical steps forward. Together, we’ll tap into your inner strength, align with your goals, and build a solid foundation for longterm mental wellness and stress resiliency!
