Homemade yogurt for the WIN!

I started making yogurt in my Instant Pot a few months ago and honestly, I’m not sure why I didn’t do it sooner!

It’s one of my boys' favourite snacks (especially with fruit!) It saves a ton of money, because wow, yogurt gets pricey!

With an Instant Pot, it’s easier than you think. Just a few tools like jars (or old yogurt containers), an instant-read thermometer, and a bit of patience.

I even turn a batch into Greek yogurt for myself using a strainer and cheesecloth.

And the leftover whey? I save that too! It’s protein-packed and perfect in smoothies!

This little habit feels good. Nourishing, simple, and satisfying.
