This is just a starting point. And I didn't realize how nervous I was going to be putting this out in the world, so please be nice.

We all have times when we struggle ... I'm not immune, and I'll go more into that in some follow up videos.

I’m stepping on the scale today, not to judge myself, not to beat myself up, and not because a number defines me.

Just to have a place to start measuring.

I’m going to be my own trainer for the next few months, dialing things in, making small changes, and sharing the whole process, especially the mindset shifts that matter most after 40 and 50+.

No extremes.
No self-hate.
No pretending we can’t love ourselves and want to make changes at the same time.

We start where we are. We support each other. And we measure progress with curiosity, not shame.

I’ll be doing a Sunday check-in each week, and if you want to walk this journey with me, you’re more than welcome.

First full week of training for 2026 done!

The best part about running my own personal training business is I get to be very careful about the clients I have. We chat first to ensure it is a good fit for both of us, and yes, some of my clients have become some of my best friends!
