Hi, my name is Amanda Rekunyk, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and I have been in practice since 2014. Before this, I earned my degree in Child and Youth Counselling and I have been working with children and their families since 2004.
Since 2016, I have been more and more immersed in anti-capitalist and culture and movements, and more specifically water and land defense in 2012 because of the Idle No More movement. What does this have to do with free wellness?! Many of the people I stand beside, can not afford wellness services, yet they stand for the rights of all, and carry the burden of change for us all. As a single mom living within the confines of capitalism, I can not afford to give away my services, though to do so is the truth within my heart.
And from that.... Balanced Generations was born.
I love my community, and all of humanity, and I hope together we can grow Balanced Generations; expanding on services and programs over the years with feedback and inspiration from you.
