Ladies, I'm here for the hard truth of why you can’t find or keep a good man

The kind that shows up for you everyday and ensures your needs are being met

The one that knows something is up and makes sure to understand what is going on before moving on to something else..

The one that treats you like an absolute QUEEN and has the willingness to grow and do better than the day before.

Now before you tell me there is no one in the Universe that is as attentive as this, let me be the example.
I was always someone that would complain about men, how they were only after one thing and oh yea I didn’t need one!

The problem with this way of thinking is that I was being repellent to them coming into my life.

I was attracting exactly who I was being... Resentful, lazy, no integrity and so much make wrong/ judgment

I had to work through a lot of discomfort and resentment when I realized I was being part of the problem

Now if this sounds familiar I don’t want you to spiral and make yourself wrong..

Instead I want you to bring loving compassion for yourself and know that you have the power to change it around.

Men are not mind readers, they are humans being just like you and me.

Looking for love, affection, respect and a safe space to be themselves…

Just because they operate differently and are designed to be the opposite of you doesn’t make them an enemy, it makes them a valuable asset.

Just like you want to be treated like a valuable asset or a queen feeling.

Your job is to heal yourself, be super honest about what you need and learn how to give yourself exactly that.

Your responsibility is to make yourself happy and practice self love, respect and honor
You always attract what you are so be sure to do a self check in before wanting to blame men for why you feel you are being treated poorly.

I want everyone in this world to find love, passion and the utmost fulfilling lives possible

Duality, Dreams and Demons…

We often think our dreams are something far fetched, maybe an escape or fantasy but dreams can tell us things that the conscious mind may not want us to see.

The more we can remember and capture the clearer the picture becomes.

But what about dreams that are sad or scary that would suggest a nightmare?

Do we run away in the dream like we would in reality?

What if you were faced with the deepest darkest of your fears head on and could not wake up?

This was me a couple nights ago. I had what I would describe as the worst nightmare I have had in a long time.

I woke up at 3:30AM crying for a good solid half hour but remembered that one of my special gifts is lucid dreaming and that I should write down all the things I can so I can interrupt them later.

So through the tears I started to write. It was like I was reliving what I had JUST experienced all over again and continued on the cycle. I read it over and over to see if what I had written half asleep made any sense… and in a weird way it did.

All my fears that have been holding me back, all the things that I fear in reality, were in my dream. Yes they were a bit more dramatic but the lesson I got from this dream was to keep going NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I had faced my fears and came out alive. I tried to play victim to my teacher and explain why I was late for class (she is my mindset mentor in real life). Everything stopped…the sadness, the grief , being a victim all of it.

I got the message. My angels and spirit guides were trying to reach me… or maybe it was JUST a dream…

Thats the most beautiful thing about being a human, the power of CHOICE. You decide what to do next, you decide what anything means to you. Life is unpredictable so you might as well create from a place of power.

Never give up, pause and listen, when things seem weird or coincidental know that there are frequencies guiding us beyond what we can see. Know you are loved in every moment NO MATTER WHAT is happening around you.

Tomorrow feels like a ‘10 days of giveaways’ moment. This is truly a gift my mindset mentor is giving us.

I am often acknowledged for my ability to change my perspective at any moment while still having a human experience in any situation.

People notice how I don’t feel the need to sit in the muck that life sometimes seems to give.

Well folks this is it. This is the work. This is the guidance and drive as to why I am able to show up the way I do.

This community is bananas in all the right ways. The conversations we have, the connection and love that goes into every moment of transformation and up levelling our awareness.

I encourage you to take a leap of FAITH. To try something on that is nothing like you have ever felt before. Give yourself the gift that keeps on giving and possibly change your life for the better xox
