And I'm back.

Thank you for your patience and kind words.

I've been working on rescheduling the clients I had to cancel and I'm now ready to start booking appointments again for Reiki, hand and foot care, etc. I will also be starting some programs and workshops soon.

You might have noticed I went AWOL since the beginning of the month.

I've been tending to my health, forced to really.

On Sunday, February 3rd I had to be taken to the hospital because I couldn't speak properly. They figure with everything that happened I had a stroke.

I was at Belleville Hospital for the week while they ran tests and I started to heal. I'm thankful for all everyone did and the paramedics, doctors, nurses and psws, etc. were amazing to work with.

My family and friends were there and kept in touch every day!

I'm home now and getting better each day. I'm planning on starting somethings in March and I will post some more of my process as I go along. I will say it was scary not just for me but especially my grandsons because they were visiting me at the time, but we've talked about it and they aren't as worried now.

So look for workshops and programs and appts to start again soon once I feel better.
