Girls road trip, day 4. It's been a wet few day. This morning we woke packed up in New Brunswick and this evening we are in PEI.
We have learned to take down our tents with efficiency, still some struggle with the cot but since day 1 we have come along way.

Any time is a good time to hydrate your skin, on your face and body. As the summer heat gets stronger, the need to care for our skin increases. Are you going on a vacation, making a plan. This can add extra stress, and there are simple ways to hydrate: drink plenty of water
*eat food that hydrates you ( watermelon is my choice)
*use masks that are going to hydrate

Self Care- It's important to take time for yourself, energize and focus. Today, that included a special time for Jasmine. We can't forget our furry friends. , Jasmine got to cool off, show off her tricks and get cuddles and treats.
We recently met Jamie, who has quickly become our number 1 spot to get groomed. It is also Jasmines favorite spot to walk to,( she leads me there) for a quick visit and cuddle before going off to her next stop in downtown Dundas.

Seasonal congestion, stress, tension or tired eyes, this exercise will release your muscles, and you will feel things open up. It's quick and easy to do anywhere. Place thumbs under eyebrow, fingers along scalp, look down, allow pressure from your head as you breathe. The pressure will release the tension. Move to the centre of eyebrow and continue the process.
