Religion is not inherently traumatizing; however, religious institutions, leaders and doctrines have caused harm. Join us for a deep, honest, and healing workshop (or workshop series if there is enough interest) where we explore the journey of deconstructing rigid, conservative religious beliefs—and begin the sacred work of rebuilding authentic spirituality. Hosted by Esther and Deanna, ex-evangelicals who have walked this path themselves, this space is for anyone navigating the complex terrain between faith, doubt, and personal truth.
