Our first community event of the year was a success! We set up yogashala.wellness ‘s Annual Open House, drank coffee, visited with the ponies, and even snuck in some Dry Needling demonstrations. Thank you to everyone who dropped by to say hi! It was lovely connecting with new faces and old friends.
