Looking for a workout which is short on time and sweaty in results?

This month’s AMRAP workout can be just that! This high intensity 'as many rounds as possible’ has a cardio AMRAP, a strength training AMRAP and an explosive AMRAP, all with modifications to adjust the level of intensity as needed.

In addition to the workout, April’s On Demand includes wellness coaching for your physical wellness with:

-AMRAP program, as mentioned above,

-An expanded view of physical wellness,

-Goal Setting section,

-Accountability prompts,

-April’s planning calendar
