55 Days till I go under the knife.

The only option is to keep working the plan.

The old me wants to give up.

If I do that I’m going to go into my recovery with a weak foundation and mindset.

I know I must create an unbreakable MF’er because tests like these are going to keep coming.

There is no easy way out, we just have to put our head down and keep going.

📣IM PART TIME COMMITTED TO MY GOAL.

🗣️Falling short of my non-negotiables on the weekends has delayed the momentum built during the week.

🗣️Devaluing my word to myself and others. Loosing sight of what I want . Leads to me questioning my goals.

🗣️It’s a brutal cycle that I am now aware of is a problem for me. But awareness is power.

🗣️ I’m realizing that in order for me to be successful, my standards must be carved in stone.

It was a solid day and a reminder to me that we need people who are on similar paths in life.

Tough times make tough people!

These past few weeks have been full of hard days

Wake up at 4 AM and smash weights at the gym.

Busting out X-ray quality welds 12 hrs a day

Sleep loss because I’m in a massive calorie deficit.

The list goes on but nobody cares anyway.

Point is this s**t in the past would’ve broken me down.

Now I’m using it as fuel to hit my goals of getting in great shape and getting my life back together.

I’m so full of energy and gratitude it’s CRAZY!

It’s all in the mindset.

See challenges as a good thing and you will be fired up to overcome them.

See it as a problem and you can stay a victim.

Choose wisely👀

Own that s**t and become POWERFUL💪🏻

One more day. One more day. One more day.

That is what I’ve been telling myself all week!

Instead of saying “one last time”…

Those three words have been running on repeat in my head for fu***ng YEARS.

Those three words have kept me trapped in the grip of my addictions.

Sugar being the main one.

Cutting calories back has exposed one of my greatest weaknesses.

What I do know, is on the other side of that weakness will be one of my greatest strengths.

All I have to do is overcome the temptation today.

Then repeat what worked tomorrow.

Simple.

One day at a time ,no forward projection.

We all know what we need to do.

Don’t lie to yourself.

Face it head on everyday…

Eat clean meal -1 of 4

Work starts at 7 AM

Get home at 6 PM

Wash up & prep for following day

Help others and study till I’m tired

Iv’e heard high level people say success is being able to just string together positive acts each day and then repeat the process…

So that’s the only thing I’m focusing on.

🦬 Bison / egg whites/ yams on deck this week.

Confession time.

The past 6 weeks I have been cheating massively on my diet.

I realize the more I veer off path the harder it becomes to get back on track with clean eating and consistent workouts.

Dieting IS hard.

Riding the edge of hunger for weeks on end will show you your true self.

But that’s what I want, that’s right where I NEED to be to be to level up mentally.

Life becomes s**tty when you constantly seek pleasure and avoid pain.

It only creates more space between where you are and where you want to be.

I should absolutely shredded right now but I’m NOT because I’ve chose comfort over pain.

I woke up at 3:30 this morning and said that’s it bud …

NO MORE BACK-STEPS.

It’s time to lock in and put in the work.

If there is one area you are slacking in just know the more space you put between you and your goal the harder it is to crush it!!!!

💪🏻Hit the floor today and did my 1st ever burpee and I lost count after 200!

🤘What an epic full body movement.

⏰That’s 2/3 workouts in the bank and it’s not even 10 AM.

🧘🏼‍♂️My comfort voice was screaming at me to stop but then my savage mind took over.

I squeezed out more reps then I thought I was capable of.

You Can Do More !!!!

Let’s stack some wins today and stay savage🤜
