My clients meals for the past few weeks🍽️

My clients goal has been to live a healthier lifestyle to help aid in weightless & manage her PCOS.

For her meals we prioritize fibre rich foods, healthy fats & whole grains all while managing portion control and hitting macros!

We’re currently on week four and each and every week the creativity of meals keep on coming.

ONE POT vegan high protein chickpeas and lentils masala 🌶️🌽🧅🧄

Enjoy this high volume , high protein vegan meal as one of your next ideas for meal prep, only takes about 15 minutes and tastes absolutely delicious!

This meal is high is iron and fibre , promotes digestion, and allows you to get some whole foods in 🫶🏽

Here’s how to make it

Ingredients :

1 sliced yellow onion
5 minced garlic cloves
2 inch peeled & minced garlic
3 cubed yellow potatoes
3 cup spinach
5 small chopped tomatoes
1 can drained & rinsed chickpeas
1 can drained & rinsed lentils
1-2 cups crushed tomatoes

Masala seasoning :

1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Method:

1. Boil potatoes until fork tender , drain & set aside for later
2. Heat your wok (or largest pan) on medium-high heat
3. Once your wok is hot add in your extra virgin olive oil and coat the pan
4 add in your sliced onions and mix until browned
5. Add in your garlic and ginger until they become fragrant
6. Add in your chickpeas and lentils and mix together
7. Add in 2 tbsp of your masala seasoning and mix again
8. Add in your boiled potatoes along with another tbsp of your masala mix and gently mix ( you still want your potatoes to still hold some shape)
9. Add in your chopped tomatoes and corn and mix
10.Add in your crushed tomatoes & spinach and give it one last mix to combine everything together
11. Serve with your favourite side and enjoy ☺️

UPDATE ALERT! 🚨

Hi everyone !! We wanted to come on here to inform every one of our recent price adjustments. As some of you may know the food and wellness industry is always rapidly changing and some of those changes include pricing of foods.

As a result Healing Nutrition will be introducing a slight increase of our prices come July 1st to accommodate these rapid changes , with that being said our goal always and forever is to continue to stride to provide high quality , in season produce and ingredients in each and every meal .

As we know change can sometimes be hard but we are confident that our prices always reflect the standard of our meals , thankyou to everyone who continues to show us support through all of our changes we appreciate you immensely ❤️

Friendly reminder to take that trip, sip that drink, and eat that food !!

I just spent a beautiful week away with some of my favourite people ever 🥰 along the way we met so many new friends who I can say we grew genuine connections with 🩵 throughout our time in Los Cabos Mexico we enjoyed the beautiful beaches , pools & weather while also enjoying the delicious drinks and food!

Just like in your day to day lives, while on vacation you shouldn’t be afraid to enjoy the food and try new cultural cuisine. Food is fuel and idk about you but while on vacation I was on my feet majority of the day either standing , walking around on land or in the pool and that fuel was much needed😂

Never let that thought of “ am I eating too much” or “ i really shouldn’t have this “ consume your mind in your day to day life or while on vacation. Consume a healthy balance and if one day you’re a lil more hungry grab a lil more .. IT IS okay!

I just wanted to come on here and express this as for the first few days this was my mindset and I had to nip that real quick if I truly wanted to enjoy myself and I’m glad I did. It’s a regular thought that people have but lemme tell you that it’s ALOT more effective to listen to your body ☺️

I love you guys ! I love food ! I love Mexico ! 🇲🇽✨

WE WILL BE BACK TAKING ORDERS APRIL 30th! We’ve got some new ideas brewing 😋
