Hi! Autumn Yoga Classes are starting Staircase!! These classes are gentle, slow-paced & suitable for all levels, with personalized attention to your needs.
Saturday Mornings 11 am-12 pm, Oct. 5th - Dec. 14th (no class Oct. 12th, Thanksgiving weekend) 10 Wks. - $225.00 inclusive
Wednesday Evenings 6 - 7 pm., Oct. 9th - Dec. 18th.
11 Wks. - $247.50 inclusive
Drop-In (space permitting): $28 inclusive
Sufficient registration needed for classes to run, please confirm.

You're not too late to join in for Wednesday evening or Saturday morning Yoga at The Staircase!!
These are gentle Hatha classes suitable for all, with a focus on adjustments and adaptions for your personal needs. Feel confident you are in good hands with my expertise from years of teaching yoga.
Wednesdays 5:45-6:45 PM: April 17th-June 26th (no class June 12th), Saturdays 11AM-12PM: April 27th-June 22nd (no class April 20th). Cost either session:$225; e-transfer to onayoga@gmail.com. Sessions can be prorated if you are going to miss some classes and not able to make them up at the opposite class. Drop-ins are also an option.
