We are so excited to welcome Dr. Ivan to the Aim team!
Dr. Ivan Speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian

Dr. Ivan Horyn is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor dedicated to evidence-based natural medicine, focused on empowering patients to reach their health goals and feel their best through personalized treatment plans. Before earning his Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Horyn completed his Medical Doctor degree at the Medical University of Gdansk.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Horyn aims to identify the root causes of health issues by taking thorough medical histories, performing relevant physical exams, and ordering lab tests when necessary.

During his internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Dr. Horyn worked with patients from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of health conditions, fostering a special interest in treating anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestive concerns, weight management, and promoting overall well-being. He takes a personalized approach, supporting patients through nutrition counseling, acupuncture, botanical medicine, motivational interviewing, holistic counseling, and other holistic therapies to help them manage stress, boost energy, and achieve balance and fulfillment. 🌱💫

Rutu is a passionate and dedicated professional with over seven years of experience in her field.

Known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and energy, she brings a holistic approach to patient care.

Rutu specializes in pelvic floor therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, and manual therapy, with additional expertise in soft tissue and trigger point release, as well as tapping. She is committed to providing the highest standards of care to each patient, ensuring their well-being and healing.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Rutu has a deep understanding of yoga and meditation, which she integrates into her practice to promote overall health and balance.
