You have a signature frequency; that of your soul. It is perfectly attuned to all that you are, all that you have been, all that you will become.

When you allow yourself to be in this soul frequency, you radiate and amplify the song of your soul. It ripples through the field.

It takes no effort to be in your soul frequency. It instead asks that you let go of all that you have been, thought you were or judged about yourself.

Being in your soul frequency - truly - takes full acceptance of ALL that you are; all parts of you, present and past.

In that true acceptance your soul comes alive from within you and sings your song to the Universe. Your heart OPENS and expands to pulse out light, love, LIFE from your chest.

You resonate fully from the very core of your being, holding a harmonic tone that encompasses the full radiance and vastness of all that you are.

And just by holding this resonance and being in this soul frequency, you are putting your trust in the Universe. You are accepting the radiant perfection that is YOU and allowing life to unfold for you, as it is destined to.

2024 is the year of your SOUL FREQUENCY. This is the message I received in meditation today.

It's the year to connect with your soul frequency and to allow the simplicity of being in this frequency, to bring you all that is trying to make its way to you.

You see, life wants to move through you.

It wants to flow and move with ease through you.

It already knows what is of the highest good for you - better than you know yourself.

We're not in our highest when we are making goals for ourselves and sticking to them.

We can have a direction we wish to go but we are actually serving our highest when we are focused on the FEELINGS and the FREQUENCY we want to feel - what brings us joy, excitement, play; what scares us a little but also makes us EXPAND and OPEN.

That is why this is the year of your soul frequency - it's the year to harness the power OF your soul frequency - because being in your soul frequency means that you are transmitting the most precise, pristine energy you can emit to the Universe.

✨You come into the recognition of who and what you are.

✨You step into the true POWER of that frequency and allow it to bring to YOU all that is meant for you.

Your soul frequency is so pristine and pure, it feels like HOME.

It feels like YOU, because it is the purest expression of You - your light, your love, your frequency, your energy.

It's the light at the very core of you; the light that feeds your heart, the light that speaks your soul.

When you know this frequency, the FEELING of this frequency, you know what true resonance feels like.

And when things are in true resonance with you, they light you 🆙

Even if we think we know what is best for us or what we truly want, nothing compares to what is brought to us through that deep inner resonance.
