intellectual disability or those who may require support due to a physical disability so they may remain living safely in their home and continue to be active in their community. We are committed to providing our clients with superior services delivered by our professional support workers through one-on-one, small group activities and non-medical care supports that promote independence with dignity and respect. To begin the process, we will meet with you and your loved for a complimentary in home assessment. We will develop a support plan that fits your needs and works within your budget. Using your family and loved ones preferences, goals and dreams, a support worker will be matched with your loved one to best meet these preferences. We also realize that trust is of the utmost importance, and as such our support workers are qualified, experienced, insured, and have completed a thorough screening process including background check before we introduce you to them. They have a strong passion for working with people, share our values and are committed to supporting your family.
