Hello, my name is Jeanette, I am the owner and operator of “The Energy Mama”. I am a mama of two amazing boys, but through my life I didn’t always feel like such an amazing Mama. On a daily basis I went through feelings of either anxiety, fear and doubt. I was introduced to this life changing energy therapy called Reiki by a friend, and have been amazed of its healing benefits ever since. I was so taken by this therapy that I decided to become a certified Reiki Master Practitioner myself. I am now able to meet my days with peace, excitement and clarity. I started “The Energy Mama” to show others the power of changing your life with Meditation, Reiki and coaching..xo
