Check out our Community Collabs this month!! Been busy BTS 📣😀
Mental health is not a personal battle—it’s a collective responsibility. At Hiking Through Your Mind, we believe that real change begins with honest conversation, shared compassion, and united action. Every voice raised in awareness chips away at the stigma. Every hand extended in kindness creates a ripple of hope. And every partnership formed builds a stronger network of care and understanding.
•
That's why HTYM is proud to be collaborating with several leading mental health organizations to make a lasting impact. Together, we are developing accessible resources, community-driven programs, and awareness campaigns that aim to support individuals living with mental illness—no matter where they are on their journey.

What is your favourite part of Winter walks?
Mind are the frozen waterfalls….. ❄️
•
Did you know?
Getting outdoors this winter might be chilly, but it’s great for your mood and health. Cold weather and shorter days can bring on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), so don’t stay cooped up!
•
Here are some mental health benefits of winter outdoor time:
•
Vitamin D boost
Shorter days mean less sun and vitamin D, which helps regulate mood and energy. Try to get outside for at least 15 minutes of sunlight each day.
•
Stimulate your senses
Outdoor activities engage your senses—listening to nature, smelling pine trees, or feeling the cold air—boosting mental well-being, concentration, and self-esteem.
•
Stay active
Winter offers plenty of ways to stay moving. Whether walking, skating, or skiing, outdoor exercise helps reduce stress and lower blood pressure. Just 20-30 minutes outdoors, three times a week, can make a big difference.
•
So, take a break from the indoors—whether it’s a park walk or a weekend trail, get outside for your health!
