On June 20th, we’re shutting down Trinity and opening up the doors for a massive community wellness takeover. .ca and Trin are teaming up to bring you an event centered on one thing:

getting better together. 🫶🏻☘️❤️

The Plan

• 9:00 AM: Move. Run, walk, or jog a 5K. We don’t care about your pace; we just care that you’re here.

• The Recovery Village: Before and After you move, we heal. We’ve got local vendors on-site offering Chiro, Massage, Fascia Stretching, and you guessed it…. the Sauna and Cold Plunge will be fired up.

Community isn’t just a word it’s an action. Come be a part of it.

We are joining forces with Vic and Oakville Boxing Academy to run a fun, interactive, inclusive boxing class/lesson/fun activity for all the family on March 1st at 4:30pm.

Where: OBA, 595 Speers Road, Oakville.
When: March 1st
Time: 4:30pm
