I'm Thanh Dharma, a wellness advocate with a deep passion for movement—whether it's yoga, strength training, or any form of exercise that uplifts both body and mind. Beyond yoga, I embrace a holistic approach to wellness, integrating balanced nutrition and mindful living while finding joy in life's simple moments. I am a certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications in Cardio and Strength Training. With a background in travel, hospitality, and business management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. My mission is to empower others to cultivate balance, strength, and fulfillment - both on and off the mat.

💐 Ladies, Don’t Skip Food Before Your Morning Workout! (Tiếng Việt bên dưới):

Exercising on an empty stomach might sound like a fat-burning trick but for women, it can do more harm than good.

Here’s why eating 1–2 hours before you train (especially in the morning) is key:

1. Women’s hormones need fuel:
Estrogen helps burn fat, but during some cycle phases, your body needs more carbs. No fuel = muscle breakdown, fatigue, and stress on your system.

2. Support your muscles & hormones:
Women lose muscle faster than men. A pre-workout snack helps preserve lean mass, balance cortisol, and support a healthy cycle.

3. Boost your performance:
Even a banana with almond butter or Greek yogurt with berries can level up your focus, strength, and recovery.

Try eating 1–2 hours before workouts.
You’ll feel stronger, think clearer, and protect your long-term health!
