Helping people move with strength, ease, and calm I'm Thanh Dharma, a wellness advocate with a deep passion for movement—whether it's yoga, strength training, or any form of exercise that uplifts both body and mind. Beyond yoga, I embrace a holistic approach to wellness, integrating balanced nutrition and mindful living while finding joy in life's simple moments. I am a certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications in Cardio and Strength Training. With a background in travel, hospitality, and business management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. My mission is to empower others to cultivate balance, strength, and fulfillment - both on and off the mat.
