We offer virtual one on one sessions not for therapy but for answering real life questions about pregnancy, birth and babies.

It’s like have your very own personal perinatal assistant whenever you need one!

Best thing is it’s covered by private insurance

This is for anyone who is pregnant or has a baby under 1

Our Perinatal Navigators are trained professionals who can help you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and newborn care. Think of them like your personal guide, someone you can turn to for trusted advice, emotional support, and real-life tips, whenever you need it.

Whether you have questions about pregnancy, labor, feeding, sleep, dealing with gas or teething, recovery, or simply want someone to talk to, we’re here for it all.

This service is designed to support families who might not be able to afford doulas or night nannies. Thanks to special funding, if you live in Ward 2, your support is 100% covered.

We also offer group prenatal classes, so you can learn and connect with others in the same stage of life.

Our mission is to empower families by providing them with access to evidence based perinatal education, compassionate pregnancy and labor support, comprehensive postpartum/postnatal care and personalized guidance through pregnancy and parenting with the support of a dedicated perinatal navigator. Through these measures the perinatal experience will be enhanced for all. Empowerment of parents will ensure that they are informed, supported, and connected throughout this transformative journey. We will do this through funding resources, advocacy and community-based care. In creating a nurturing environment for families their success rate will be increased as they embark on their journey from pregnancy into parenthood.
