🍂🍁Join us for our Women’s Rejuvenate & Revitalize Fall Harvest Day Retreat! Located in Lincoln,ON at a modern farmhouse loft, nestled on a 10-acre peach farm with breathtaking lake views.

🧘‍♀️We will start off the retreat with a Chakra restorative yoga session lead by Michelle with chakra affirmation cards, followed by a guided meditation where we will perform reiki energy to help release any built up, stagnant energy.

🌿 We will then journey off to do some nature bathing while practicing some sensory deprivation exercises, giving you the chance to slow down, connect with your inner self and heighten your awareness. Allowing Mother Nature to wash away all negative energy.

🥗A delicious high vibrational hearty lunch will be provided with snacks and dessert.

🎃 We will get artsy with a Fall pumpkin craft!

🧖‍♀️ You will then have the option to pick your very own treatment. Treatment options: Reiki, Indie Head Massage (head, neck, shoulders and upper back) Reflexology, Facial Massage.

🌊 As you are waiting for your treatment you will have the option to indulge in a wood burning sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and red light therapy. Cold plunge in an ice bath and head back into the cedar lined sauna or hot tub! Repeat circuit. There will also be the opportunity to journal and explore different oracle/ tarot decks and divination tools to connect to the other side while enjoying some fall themed teas.

🔥 We will gather around a bonfire for an energy releasing and attracting circle while enjoying some ceremonial grade cacao from Peru. This cacao places you in a positive, uplifted state where you’re open to embracing spiritual intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and with others opening the heart chakra.

✨Join us for our Women’s Rejuvenate & Revitalize Day Retreat! An incredible day of relaxation and rejuvenation, letting go of stagnant energy, welcoming the new and stepping into a new you!

🧘‍♀️We will start off the retreat with a Chakra restorative yoga session, followed by a guided meditation where we will perform reiki energy to help release any built up, stagnant energy.

🌿 We will then journey off to do some forest bathing where we will disconnect from technology, giving you the chance to slow down, connect with your inner self where you can see and feel more. Allowing Mother Nature to wash away all negative energy.

🥗A delicious high vibrational lunch will be provided. With a little time for mingling.

💐 Then, we will get crafty and create self expressive art with intention. Attracting all that amazing energy towards you.

🧖‍♀️ You will then have the option to pick your very own treatment done by holistic health practitioners. Treatment options: Reiki, Indie Head Massage (head, neck, shoulders and upper back) or Reflexology.

🌊 As you are waiting for your treatment you will have the opportunity to indulge in a massive heated outdoor pool complete with swim up bar stools, wood burning sauna, hot tub and Red Light Therapy. Cold plunge in ice bath or pool and head back into the cedar lined sauna or hot tub! Repeat circuit. There will also be time set aside to journal and explore different oracle/ tarot decks and divination tools to connect to the other side while enjoying some refreshing drinks.

🙏 We will then end the retreat with an energy releasing and attracting circle while enjoying a high vibrational dinner and ceremonial cacao. This cacao places you in a positive, uplifted state where you’re open to embracing spiritual intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and with others opening the heart chakra.
