Expanding Our Integrative Approach
These evidence-informed therapies complement the naturopathic and osteopathic care already available at Arbour Square, providing potential additional options for patients managing chronic conditions, persistent pain, fatigue, and other health concerns.

Three New Treatment Option:

IV Therapy may help support individuals experiencing chronic fatigue, immune system challenges, or digestive concerns that affect nutrient absorption. By delivering vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream, this therapy bypasses the digestive system and allows for therapeutic nutrient levels that support cellular health.

B12 Injection Therapy provides intramuscular delivery of vitamin B12, an essential nutrient for energy production, nervous system function, and red blood cell formation. This may be particularly valuable for individuals with digestive issues affecting absorption, those on certain medications, people following plant-based diets, or anyone with confirmed or suspected B12 deficiency.

Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT) addresses nerve-related superficial pain by treating irritated or compressed nerves. This specialized therapy may help with chronic pain patterns, particularly those that haven't responded adequately to other interventions, and may be especially effective when combined with osteopathic care that addresses underlying mechanical causes.
