You can also choose to use a mirror and hold your phone but make sure the mirror is seeing most of you. Not just upper body like a small bathroom might give you.

šŖš»make sure your feet to head are showing (not mandatory but you will notice more changes this way)

. In regards to fat loss or recomp, Iām all about flexible eating, and weekly calorie average- but when you inhale 4000 calories on a Saturday & Sunday you do ā¦ basically negate your efforts the entire week prior soā¦.

The average female consumes around 60g protein or less daily and the average male consumes 100g protein or less daily. For longevity, strength, fitness and hormonal reasons that number should be at least twice what it is.

Use these items to increase your protein macro so you can start feeling like a new person.
ā“ļø COTTAGE CHEESE- an unreal amount of protein in this, you can add it to eggs, soups, chili, or sweeten it for smoothies and waffle toppings. Very versatile - best bang for your buck.
ā“ļøEGG WHITES - if you fry eggs everyday just pour some extra whites into the pan. Also commonly added and cooked with oatmeal, you cannot tell they are there.
ā“ļøCANNED TUNA- add it to a salad, sandwich or make a spread or dip with it.
ā“ļøSLICED HAM/TURKEYadd 3 slices to your plate and youāre adding 10grams of protein. Have as a snack, double your sandwich meat etc.
Good luck out there. High protein makes everything feel better, makes your body perform better, grows your muscles and stabilizes your health markers.

ā“ļø you NEED to know your numbers. Macros&Energy going in. Think of it like banking, you can wing it to save up for a car, but it sure works a lot faster if you know the amount of money youāre putting away each week.
ā“ļø get on a plan, made by someone who knows what theyāre doing.
ā“ļøthe more discipline you have the faster youāll get there.
ā“ļøthere are dozens of strategies and not one size fits all. Winging it can get very overwhelming.
