Our January 5th indoor fitness session starts in just 3 days, and we’re getting excited to welcome both returning and new members into class!

If your goals for the new year include feeling stronger, tighter, more energized, and supported — this is a great place to start.

What to expect:
• Structured strength training designed to tone & build muscle
• 45-minute efficient workouts
• Certified & experienced coaches

Jen wrapped up 2025 strong, with incredible focus and determination — she didn’t just reach her goals, she crushed them!!!!! 🔥💪🏼🤩

In 12 weeks, Jen is down 37.4 pounds, 30.75 inches and 7% body fat. More important, she feels amazing with more energy and confidence, less cravings, less bloating and fewer aches and pains.

Jen started her journey with one personal training session per week. Twelve weeks ago she focused on her nutrition and increased her training to include her PT session, an Ignite group fitness class and a homework session to balance out her week.

By following her meal plan, committing to her training and building new healthy habits, Jen stayed consistent and focused every step of the way.

When asked what made the biggest difference, Jen shared that being prepared, consistent meal prep played a major role in keeping her on track.
