Our next 6-week Group Fitness session starts April 20, and this is your opportunity to build strength, lose inches, and feel more confident in your body heading into the warmer months.
No extremes. No guesswork. Just structured, effective training in a supportive environment.
Session Dates: April 20 – May 30
Class Schedule (45 minutes):
Monday – 6:30 PM (Lower Body)
Wednesday – 6:30 PM (Upper Body)
Saturday – 9:00 AM (Full Body)
Investment:
$216 – 3 classes per week
$144 – 2 classes per week
$15 – Drop-in
📍 Classes held at Harrow United Church
All fitness levels welcome. Modifications always provided.
