Anahatha is located in the beautiful hillside village of Hatley in the Eastern townships of Quebec, only a 90 minute drive from Montreal. Come and enjoy life in our cozy Victorian home, set on 2 1/2 acres of natural beauty, spend time resting and renewing your connection to spirit. We offer Kirtan & Satsang, spiritual psychology workshops, Thai yoga massage, yin yoga, meditation, mantra practice and guided deep meditation in our practice room inside, or weather permitting, outside.
