Just like a flower, you need care, patience, and the right kind of nourishment to bloom.
Growth does not happen by rushing yourself, criticizing yourself, or expecting yourself to thrive while running on empty. It happens when you slow down enough to notice what your mind, body, and heart truly need.

Watering yourself can look like rest without guilt, kind self-talk, healthy boundaries, quiet time, prayer, journaling, a walk, deep breaths, or simply choosing not to be so hard on yourself today.
Small acts of care may seem tiny in the moment, but they create the conditions for your next season of growth.

Gentle exercise for today:

Take 5 minutes and write these 3 things down:

What is draining me right now?

What is one thing that helps me feel calm, supported, or alive?

What is one small way I can “water myself” today?

Then finish this sentence:
Today, I choose to care for myself by ________.💖

You do not need to bloom overnight.
You only need to keep giving yourself what helps you grow. 🌷✨

WELCOME TO MY PAGE!

For a very long time I have known I was an Empath, and also had a certain level of Intuition. There are experiences I remember going back to age 12. I have done extensive Mediumship Readings for many people online. Eventually, it became clear that it was time to get out from behind the computer, and help my fellow Beautiful Souls face to face. I do Private Readings, Small Group Readings, Home and Building Investigations and Clearings, Psychic Investigations for Cold/Unsolved Crimes and Missing Person Cases, and I am a Psychopomp and Reiki Master.
