This happy young lady was found running loose on Main St W this morning. She is not microchipped and does not have any identifying info on her. If she is yours or you recognize her please contact us at 705-990-9977. She is at our clinic for the day but if not claimed by 4pm will be transferred to the SPCA.

Benji is the last of his litter looking for his forever loving home. He is an 8wo male shepherd x husky and is as sweet as they come! He is incredibly smart, social, good with other dogs and kennel trained. He is vet checked and had his first vaccine and deworming.

Meet the owners….
We have received A LOT of calls today inquiring about who owns our vet clinic after the CBC Marketplace Corporate Vet episode aired last week. We are very proud to say that Muskoka Lakes Veterinary Clinic is locally owned and run by Dr Hayley Martin and Dr Kiera Bowley. Dr Martin and Dr Bowley were classmates and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2011. Dr Martin grew up in Barrie and has had a family cottage in Muskoka her entire life. She moved to Muskoka immediately after graduation and has never looked back. Dr Bowley grew up in Burlington and has spent time over the years in Muskoka and fell in love with the lifestyle. After years of discussing the possibility of starting a clinic together and feeling the need for change in their own careers, they finally took the risk and purchased property to build a new clinic on. A few years and a rollercoaster ride later here we are! We pride ourselves in being local and try to support other local businesses wherever we can.

Has your little Bo Peep lost his or her sheep? Found in our parking lot this afternoon. We would love to return to its furry owner. Little sheep is warm and dry in our care. Please contact us if your fur baby is missing their baby!

These two handsome dudes are still available and looking for a forever home. Both are well socialized and love attention. Shepherd x husky. The black one has one blue eye. Both pups got their first vaccines, deworming and health check yesterday.
