Summer is the season for sunshine, swimming, and outdoor adventures—but it’s important to stay safe while enjoying the fun! Here are a few simple ways to protect yourself and your loved ones:
🔆 Sunscreen & Sun Protection
Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming or sweating.

Try to stay in the shade between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., when the sun is strongest.
