Fall is so beautiful in Canada! As I walked this breathtaking trail in Limberlost Forest, Ontario; I admired the brilliantly coloured leaves, watched some fall, and realized we are not so different. It’s time for us to let things/ people/ places fall away that no longer resonate with us- that don’t feel good! Too often we stick with what we know because it feels safe, change can be a little bit scary! And, we certainly wouldn’t want to hurt others! But, maybe it’s time that we love ourselves enough to not fall on that sword again and again! Maybe it’s time to do something different! Maybe, we should just follow the things, people, and places that actually make us happy, not out of guilt or obligation, but out of true joy and let the rest fall away! ❤️
