We’re currently hiring a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP/Q) in good standing to provide primarily in-person therapy.

We are excited to announce we now offer Theraplay® with Katie Barkey, RSW. Theraplay is a relationship-focused, play-based approach designed to strengthen connection between children and their caregivers.

Through guided, interactive activities, Theraplay helps build trust, support emotional regulation, and nurture confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
This approach is especially helpful for children experiencing anxiety, behavioural challenges, or difficulties with attachment.

A powerful look at how trauma is stored in the body and the many paths to reclaiming safety, connection, and regulation.

• The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel & Tina Payne Bryson
A practical guide that helps parents understand children’s emotional worlds and support them using brain-informed strategies.

• No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz
An accessible introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS), exploring how every inner “part” has a purpose and how healing comes from understanding, not rejecting, those parts.
