The very best part of owning my little shop in Ilderton was being able to meet my customers face-to-face and to form friendships that I will always treasure. Closing my shop and moving away is bittersweet - I am happy to be back home in the land of cedar forests and waterfalls, but sad to part from so many wonderful people. If you feel as if I disappeared without saying goodbye, please know it was not because I don't care but because I find goodbyes terribly difficult.

Although I've closed my bricks and mortar shop, I will continue to sell online. My online store is temporary closed during our move and the postal strike, but you'll be able to order my products again in the new year. Also, a selection of my soaps are available for purchase at Proofline Farm, Ilderton.

I want to thank all of you for supporting my little business and I wish you all the very best this holiday season. Kara

11 more shopping days before I close my shop for good! Come on in - there are lots of items on sale: beeswax candles, ayurvedic teas, eye pillows, woven scarves, gemstones, tarot cards, mugs, and all remaining perfumes. My final day is November 30th.

I can hardly believe I'll close my little store in just 12 more shopping days! I've also decided to close my online store during the month of December. I realize it's terrible timing, but I've learned to recognize my limitations and I know I'll be too busy with packing & unpacking to fulfill your orders. I will miss you all! 💚

Store hours are: Tuesday - Friday, 10 - 6 and Saturdays, 10 - 3. The final day is November 30th.

Holiday soaps are here! These pretty little bars are scented with a blend of fir needle, spruce tree, and juniper berries. They are vegan, 100% natural soaps made from olive oil and have a soft, creamy lather that is very gentle on skin. They come pre-wrapped for easy gift-giving. $10 and available only in my shop. Get them while they last!

I've brought back my Gift Boxes! These little packages have been hugely popular and make great gifts for people who appreciate natural products. Each box contains a silk soap bar (made with real silk), a sugar scrub, and a bath bomb and come in your choice of Lavender, Pink Grapefruit, or Eucalyptus scent. $32.

I've created 3 seasonal blends of scented herbs, spices & essential oils that will make your home smell wonderful! Simply drop a handful into a pot of water and simmer gently on a stove. About the Artisan

Welcome! My name is Kara Muller and I am the Soap Maker and Perfumer at Jezebel Apothecary. I create organic perfumes, natural soaps, skin care products, and aromatherapy products using simple, old-fashioned methods and pure, fragrant botanicals.

I believe that magic is found in the natural rhythms of life and in the beauty of nature. And beauty resides in contrasts: a sunbeam in a shaded forest, the divine nature of earthly botanicals, the luxury of the simplest of ingredients. Because of my deep love of nature, I wish to protect our environment by eliminating the use of unnecessary chemicals and advocate a return to simpler products made by simpler methods.

My perfumes are created using distilled flowers, plant extracts, pressed citrus peels, and fragrant resins. They are made the way perfumes were made over 100 years ago before the invention of synthetic scent molecules. I love creating perfumes that inspire sensory reverie and attentive thought.

My soaps are made from olive oil, clay, infused herbs and essential oils and are free from synthetic fragrances, artificial colorants and other chemical additives. They are wonderfully moisturizing, extremely gentle, and perfect for people with dry or sensitive skin.
